Wedding season is slowly approaching and that means bridesmaids dresses will be coming to haunt us. Have no fear though ladies, I have a few solutions that will help any wedding party gal look stylish
1. Get to the bride first: Don't be afraid to tell the bride what you like in a dress. Usually, brides are so overwhelmed with finding their dresses, dealing with the families, and finding a location, that they usually welcome the extra help. But be sure not to be too pushy.
2. Try an A-line Cut: A-line cuts are universally flattering and easy to come by.
3. Bring a change of clothing: Sometimes bride maids just have to suck it up and wear what the bride tells them. But after the ceremony, and once all the pictures are taken, ask it you can bring a change of clothing. Usually the bride will be fine with it especially if you are super uncomfortable, or pregnant.
4. Remember if you're really unhappy with the bride's dress selection, you always have your wedding to return the favor.
