Miss Lohan was spotted in Beverly Hills on Friday looking super cute in 7 for All Mankind's Ruffle shirt in 'steam blue' and their side zip Joyce jeans in 'dove grey'. She's made some questionable fashion choices in the past, but this look is definitely a winner and screams summer. Love it!
