Eva Longoria's Wedding Dress

Mrs. Tony Parker sure had us fooled. Weeks before Eva's big day reports circulated that her wedding dress was approximately $75,000 and designed by either Vera Wang or Monique Lhuillier. Oh, that little devil. For her civil ceremony on Friday, she actually wore a pink and black mini Chanel Couture frock. And on Saturday, Eva chose a gown by Angel Sanchez, the same designer that Sandra Bullock wore for her big day. It really is hard to keep track of all these delicious designers.

Wedding Season: Gifts

It's (the dreaded) wedding season again, and we all know how much we LOVE this time of year. But, instead of focusing on ourselves for once, let's focus on the guests of honor - the bride and groom. What do we get them? Although the registry is filled with goodies that they need, I always like to get them something that's useful, meaningful, and practical - a gift that doesn't stop giving! The most recent wedding I attended was a picturesque mountain wedding during one of the biggest snow storms of the year. Snow= snowflakes = why not engrave something with a snowflake?!

Pretty Pied Piper

I wore Philosophy's fragrance Amazing Grace the other day on set, and I had people following me around like I was the pied freaking piper. I almost felt wrong about attracting so many men--I couldn't even take credit. I mean, my perfectly separated eyelashes? My gleaming lips? My faintly flushed cheek? My cascading hair?
No. None of it mattered.
I just smelled good.
BLAST!
Philosophy: one.
Audie: zero.

Wedding Dress Woes

Wedding season is slowly approaching and that means bridesmaids dresses will be coming to haunt us. Have no fear though ladies, I have a few solutions that will help any wedding party gal look stylish
1. Get to the bride first: Don't be afraid to tell the bride what you like in a dress. Usually, brides are so overwhelmed with finding their dresses, dealing with the families, and finding a location, that they usually welcome the extra help. But be sure not to be too pushy.
2. Try an A-line Cut: A-line cuts are universally flattering and easy to come by.

Marry Me

I once heard it said that before a woman can marry a man, she must marry herself first.

At first I thought, "What in the heck does that mean?" Then I considered the marriage vows... and how they require one to love, to honor, and to cherish.  In order to do that for someone else, I have to do it for myself!

Being the kind of person who likes to make things tangible, I think it would be fun to make a little ceremony out of it. I would walk down the aisle at Neiman-Marcus... pick out an adorable ring like this 18K white gold floral wreath with pave diamonds... slip it onto my finger, and promise to be good to myself always, adhere to my highest ideals, and treat myself like a beloved queen... forever!

TOMKAT Thanksgiving

No doubt about it, Tom and Katie threw the wedding party of the year, but it was a famous Italian designer who actually stole the show. Everyone from Jennifer Aniston to Drew Barrymore swears by him. He is well know for his gorgeous villas all over the world and of course his gorgeous vintage clothing.  Give up? It's Giorgio Armani of course. This fashion guru not only designed Katie's fitted wedding dress, champagne colored party dress, and lace veil, but he even did her bouquet of flowers. But the man did not stop there. He dressed everyone from Tom Cruise, who looked handsome in a navy blue tux, to Conner and Isabella to even baby Suri. Seriously, does this man ever get a break?

Tom and Katie's Pre-Wedding Elegance

No matter what your opinion is of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes' nuptials, there's no denying that this pre-wedding look is downright regal. Katie's mature and sophisticated pairing of a gold silk top and sleek high-waisted pants has her looking like a princess on Tom's classically suited arm. She looks beautiful, radiant and, dare we say, happy?
